This pattern is for our Mushroom Hat Pattern, in Adult Size. It includes instructions for creating the hat and detailed pictures, and has our checkbox tracker system set up for the pattern. A separate file is a printer friendly tracker, for those who prefer pen and paper. This Item is made using a 4mm hook, a 5 mm hook, and size 4 yarn (DK). Some also use beads or buttons. A tapestry needle is also needed to assemble the finished pieces.
